30 Day Challenge<\/a>. Hm\u2026If only I only do one entry a month, this could take me a while. I may combine some, my goal is to blog more frequently. Anyway\u2026moving on. <\/p>\n\n\n\nFamily\u2026.what an interesting word. There is the family we choose and the family we are born into. Sometimes of few of those people that we share blood with become a part of the family we choose. Sometimes you create your own. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I grew up in a household of steps, halves, and siblings of my siblings (figure that one out). I understand family to include all the loved ones, all the supporters. So\u2026I am the youngest child of a lot of siblings. I am also known as a latchkey kid. What a great term eh? Yikes. My parent separated as a young age, and then my father passed a few years after that. My mom kicked ass to give us all the things we needed\/wanted. On the other hand, we also watched some things become scarily close to being lost. My grandparents as well as the rest of my extended family were very present in my life. I am a prime example of being raised by a community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
My husband is the greatest. I don\u2019t think i would have got this far without him. We have had a lot of ups and downs. There are things about each other that drive us crazy, but we love each other. Obviously my marriage isn\u2019t perfect, but it works for us and we work at it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
My two kids are definitely an adventure. I love them dearly and can\u2019t imagine life without them. They are very different from each other. They are very much me and very much my husband. They are 100 percent their own humans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Becoming a mother has opened my eyes to so many things. It has taught a lot about my mother. It has healed me as I learn to mother and care for myself. It has helped me brake a few cycles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Family is definitely full of dynamics, adventures, and even breakthrough. Each family is unique and each family works differently. Most of all each family should be full of love. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
